ea888 Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

You must notify ea888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. ea888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or resolving any account-related issues.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the ea888 platform, you agree to:
- Use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia.
- Not to attempt to hack, manipulate, or exploit any vulnerabilities in the platform's systems.
- Do not use automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from ea888.

- Take full responsibility for all financial decisions made while using the platform.
Ea888 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected to be suspicious and take appropriate action, including temporary suspension or account closure, without prior notice in cases involving fraud or security threats.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ea888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). ea888 does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies directly. Accepted payment methods include, but are not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX (online banking), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local payment methods listed on the platform.
Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within seconds of payment confirmation. ea888 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or digital wallet providers.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to the following conditions:
- Identity verification may be required prior to your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified amount.
- Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the method selected.
- Ea888 reserves the right to decline or suspend a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms.
- Any taxes or charges relating to winnings are solely the user's responsibility under applicable Malaysian law.
Ea888 reserves the right to freeze funds in any account suspected of involvement in illegal activity or fraud while an investigation is carried out.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Ea888 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Abuse of promotions or bonuses, including the use of multiple accounts for such purposes.
- Fraud, money laundering, or any activity suspected to be illegal.
- Failure to complete the identity verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
- Providing false personal information during registration or the verification process.
- Account closure requested by the user.
Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining funds may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. For standard closures requested by the user, eligible balances will be returned after all withdrawal conditions have been met.
Users whose accounts have been closed due to violations are not permitted to register a new account without prior written consent from ea888.
